You are welcome to call for help by telephone if the following solutions don't work for you...
Q: I forgot my password and/or username, how do I retrieve them?
A: If you tried to log in and it didn't work, you might try again, making sure to enter your username and password exactly as registered, including capitalized letters, spaces and punctuation (if any). Otherwise...
Go to www.enjoyparenting.com/user/password and enter your username OR the email address you registered with your EnjoyParenting.com account — only ONE of these is needed. Instructions for logging in will be emailed to you.
Note: AFTER you've logged in, you can change your password to something more memorable by clicking on "My Account" and then the Edit tab.
If the above doesn't work for any reason, you can simply create a new user account, or you can contact us for assistance (in which case, be sure to let us know you already tried the above).
Q: I never received the email with my login information.
A: If you are sure you entered your email correctly, then the login message was probably misidentified as spam and blocked by a spam filter on your end. Check your spam folder if you have one (sometimes called the "bulk" or "junk" mail folder).
Click here for specific instructions on how to make sure you receive our emails.
Q: I'm using the correct username and password, but I still can't seem to log in. What's up?
A: It's possible that your browser is set to block "cookies," which are required for you to stay logged in to this website. A "cookie" is a small data file on your computer that is created and maintained remotely by a website; it allows the site to deliver personalized webpages and give access to members-only content. Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies for enjoyparenting.com and to store them until their expiration date.
You can check the "Help" menu of your web browser and look for how to enable cookies. Also, Google has a guide to enabling cookies here.

Q: I haven't received the email I was supposed to get from EnjoyParenting.com... What's up?
Q: I subscribed to The Daily Groove but am not receiving some (or any) of the daily emails. Help!
A: Our email delivery systems have been thoroughly tested, and The Daily Groove is sent out every weekday. So the problem is most likely caused by something between us and you. The most common cause is automated spam filters that mistake our emails for spam (unsolicited commercial email) and block them. Here's what you can do to prevent that...
1. Are you sure you have given us the correct email address? If not, contact us for assistance.
2. Add the following addresses to your Addressbook or Contact list:
This will prevent most spam filtering systems from blocking our emails. Specific instructions are available for...
3. Depending on how your email account's spam filtering works, you may be able to add the above email addresses to a "whitelist" or a list of Allowed Senders (the terminology will vary depending on your email software). Better yet, you might be able to add the domain name "enjoyparenting.com" to an Allowed Domains list. See your email software's Help menu for details, or call for free assistance by telephone.
4. It's possible that more than one spam filtering system may be affecting your email. For example, most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block a lot of spam before it gets anywhere near your Inbox, and some ISPs use aggressive filtering systems that block legitimate emails along with the spam. If you're missing a lot of wanted email, you might contact your ISP and ask them to use a less agressive filter. Or you might just ask them to whitelist enjoyparenting.com. (If they ask, our mail server is "s1.enjoyparenting.com" and our IP address is 69.36.8.182)
Once your email gets downloaded to your Inbox, the email software installed on your computer may have its own spam filter that sends suspected emails to a special folder or mailbox labeled Spam, Junk, or Bulk. Check that folder for email from EnjoyParenting.com, and if you find one, open it and then "tell" the filter that it's not spam. (Look for a button or link that says "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" or something like that.)
5. You may have accidently clicked on "This Is Spam" (or similar spam reporting feature) while viewing an email from EnjoyParenting.com. If you do that, our email address gets added to a blacklist and all future emails from us are blocked. If you have a Blocked Senders list, make sure the above addresses are not listed.
6. Sometimes the Internet slows down and email gets delayed a few minutes. If you've tried all the other solutions, you might just wait a few minutes and try again.

The best way to make sure you receive emails from EnjoyParenting.com is to create a custom mail filter which will override Yahoo's spam filter. This is easy and takes less than a minute. Here's how...
If you're not already logged in to Yahoo Mail (in your web browser), go to mail.yahoo.com and log in.
For additional help, see this Yahoo Mail help page: "I’m not receiving email someone sent me. Why?"

If you have any problems accessing or listening to the audio materials on this site, try the solutions below, and please contact us if the problem persists...
1. Make sure the sound on your computer is working. Are the speakers off or muted? Does it make other sounds that you can hear?
2. The Audio Player we use (that lets you hear the recordings directly from the webpage) requires a recent version of the "Flash Player" plugin. 98% of all computers already have the required plugin installed, but you can make sure you have the latest version by going to www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer and following the instructions there.
3. If your browser is Internet Explorer, you may need to click anywhere in the Audio Player to activate it. In other words, the buttons in the player won't work until you've clicked at least once. This does not apply if your browser is Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.
4. Are you using a slower (dial-up) connection? If so, your connection may be too slow to keep up with the audio data stream. There are two solutions:
(a) Download the audio file first, and then play it from your computer. To do this, right-click the download link (or Ctrl+click on a Mac) to open a pop-up menu. Depending on which web browser you use, you then select "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer), "Save Link As..." (Firefox), or "Download Linked File" (Safari), from the pop-up menu. Be sure to remember where you saved the audio file (e.g., on your Desktop or in a special folder).
(b) Using the Audio Player, click the play button to start the audio stream, and then click it again to pause the player. Wait a couple of minutes while the audio data preloads, then click the play button again.

Note: Some of these details may vary from time to time, depending on the conferencing system we use, the number of participants, etc.
You should receive an email with instructions for calling in to the conference system, located in the US.
Note: If you don't receive the instructions, you might want to call me directly for the instructions.
Calling in to the conference system is just like making a regular, long-distance phone call. (Your long-distance provider charges, if any, will apply.)
After you dial the phone number, you simply listen to the voice prompts and enter your access code on the telephone keypad. (Note: the "#" key is referred to as the "pound" key.)
If the conference has not yet begun, you will hear background music.
During the conference call, everyone on the call will be able to hear me. They'll be able to hear you, too, unless your line is "muted."
You'll be able to mute and unmute your phone line, when needed, by pressing the "6" key on your phone. When muted, you'll still be able to hear the conversation, but the sound in your environment will not be audible to the other callers.
This feature comes in handy when you have child noise in the background, so you don't have to "mute" your kids! It's great if you are multitasking, too, so you can listen to the conversation and others won't hear the noise you're making. Then when you want to speak, simply unmute your line (press "6" again) and talk.
As the conference host, I have the ability to mute everyone's line at once. This is done when only one or two people are talking (as in a lecture or interview) to reduce overall noise on the line. In some cases, you can still unmute your line by pressing the "6" key.
It's best to use the "6" key for muting even if your phone has it's own mute button, because your phone's mute does not eliminate line noise between your phone and the conference system.
Q: Hi Scott, I want to hire you for a private coaching session... how do I pay for that?
A: Just go to https://www.scottnoelle.com/payments and follow the simple instructions. I look forward to working together!
Q: I don't have a credit card. How can I make a payment?
A: Here are your options...
Debit Card. If you have a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard symbol on it, it works the same as a credit card. The only difference is that the money is drawn from your checking account, so you have to make sure that account has enough in it to cover your debit card purchases. If you have a regular checking account, your bank can probably provide you with a debit card for free.
eCheck. You can set up a PayPal account to draw funds from your checking account instead of a credit card. This option takes longer to set up, but it will enable you to make online purchases without going into debt or giving out a credit/debit card number. Here's how:
