"Undefended Love" Book Group and Online Course with Beth Noelle

When: Sat, January 12 — Sat, February 16, 2008

Where:

From the comfort of your home — this group will meet via conference calls and a special online forum.

Beth Noelle (Scott's partner) will lead this 5-week course for parents based on the life-changing book Undefended Love (Psaris & Lyons, 2000).

Have you ever had the feeling that you're not living your life as joyfully and loving as fully as you were meant to? If so, you're not alone....

Most of us experience some sense of diminished aliveness because we learned in childhood to build walls around our hearts. We want to love more deeply and unconditionally — especially as parents — but often our defenses are so ingrained we don't even realize we are defended.

To give you an idea of what undefended love is, here's a quote from the front cover of the book:

The way that you felt about yourself when you first fell in love is the way you can feel all the time.

In this course you'll learn and practice inner skills that allow you to open your heart and love more deeply and authentically than ever before — your children, your partner, your friends, and yourself.

The course will begin and end with conference calls (recorded, for those who prefer to listen online), and the rest of the interactions will take place in a special online forum and by email. (Details below)

Required Materials: Course participants will need to buy or borrow a copy of Undefended Love, available at bookstores and online:
