Login Help (forgot password, etc.)

You are welcome to call for help by telephone if the following solutions don't work for you...

Q: I forgot my password and/or username, how do I retrieve them?

A: If you tried to log in and it didn't work, you might try again, making sure to enter your username and password exactly as registered, including capitalized letters, spaces and punctuation (if any). Otherwise...

Go to www.enjoyparenting.com/user/password and enter your username OR the email address you registered with your EnjoyParenting.com account — only ONE of these is needed. Instructions for logging in will be emailed to you.

Note: AFTER you've logged in, you can change your password to something more memorable by clicking on "My Account" and then the Edit tab.

If you still can't log in, please contact us for assistance (and be sure to let us know you already tried the above).

Q: I never received the email with my login information.

A: If you are sure you entered your email correctly, then the login message was probably misidentified as spam and blocked by a spam filter on your end. Check your spam folder if you have one (sometimes called the "bulk" or "junk" mail folder).

Q: I'm using the correct username and password, but I still can't seem to log in. What's up?

A: It's possible that your browser is set to block "cookies," which are required for you to stay logged in to this website. A "cookie" is a small data file on your computer that is created and maintained remotely by a website; it allows the site to deliver personalized webpages and give access to members-only content. Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies for enjoyparenting.com and to store them until their expiration date.

You can check the "Help" menu of your web browser and look for how to enable cookies. Also, Google has a guide to enabling cookies here.
